On this Valentine's Day get to know the stories of love and Valencianismo of José Ramón and Eva and Paco and Maribel.
Straight to Mestalla after getting married
Paco Olmos and Maribel Canet’s love story started more than fifty years ago. Even on their wedding day they did not miss their time at Mestalla and received a great applause from everyone at the stands.
Paco and Maribel have shared their Valencianista passion for many years, a passion that Paco initially lived in secret until they were able to become members together. "The first day I went to Mestalla I thought it was madness and I didn't understand. But then I started celebrating goals on the bench and I thought, 'I'm totally hooked'," says Maribel.
A love sealed by a tattoo
Eva Blaya and Jose Ramón Arlandis experience soccer as a family. Eva started to go to Mestalla when she was very young. "My parents were members and since there was no one who could babysit, they took me to the stadium... and still do today".
Now Eva goes to Mestalla with her husband and children and continues to live football as a family. "I really like Mestalla because of the family aspect and I like to come with my two children. For me it's the family, the memories, it's much more than a football pitch" explains Eva who together with José Ramón decided to mark their experiences at Mestalla in a permanent memory and had the Valencia CF Centenary logo tattooed.
Paco and Maribel's and Eva and José Ramón's are love stories that have grown up in the warmth of the Camp de Mestalla. Eternal love stories with Valencia CF as a nexus of union.
